Delete Your Account

You can delete your Cogent Analytics account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. No email or support request is required.

Steps:

1. Open Cogent Analytics at allios.ai (or the Cogent Analytics app) and sign in.

2. Tap Account in the bottom navigation.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Scroll to Danger zone at the bottom and tap Delete account.

5. Confirm when prompted. Deletion happens immediately and signs you out. It cannot be undone.

Your account is permanently de-identified: your email address and name are erased from our records and your password is destroyed, so the account can never be signed into again.

Your private data is deleted outright:

• Your hero roster, including every hero, costume, troop and dragon you have recorded

• Your spend records and spend settings — all financial tracking data

• Your saved war plans and drafts

• Your AI feedback and analysis history

• Your survey responses

Completed alliance war records are kept — war results, the attacks made in them, and alliance war scores. These belong to your alliance as a shared history, not to one member: deleting them would erase results your alliance-mates rely on and would rewrite matches other players took part in.

These records no longer identify you. They point at an anonymous, de-identified account with no name, no email address, and no way to sign in. They are retained for as long as the alliance record exists.

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. From inside the app you can:

• Remove heroes from your roster — in the Roster tab, delete individual heroes, or clear the heroes of a whole element

• Delete a war you logged — open that war from your war history in the War tab and delete it

• Delete event scores you entered — open Event Scores in the Alliance tab and remove the entry

If you want other data removed and cannot find a way to do it in the app, email support@allios.ai and we will remove it for you within 30 days.
